My addiction had destroyed relationships with family and friends.  Since starting treatment I am myself again and have been able to rebuild these relationships with the people I care about in my life.

I am now a dependable employee at work and an active parent in my children's lives.  I had given up on a future but now I am excited about having goals and knowing that I can reach those goals.  Thank you for saving my life.

They truly care about us

Addiction impacts every aspect of your life and the lives of your family, friends, and coworkers. Strained relationships, difficulties at work, loss of employment, severe depression, financial stress and other relationship problems are all a result of opioid addiction. Chronic and progressive, opioid addiction can be fatal if not treated.

Only rarely can the progression of the disease be reversed without treatment and medical intervention.

Whether you're the one facing opioid addiction, a family member seeking help or a clinician caring for a patient affected by opioid addiction, we can help.   It is what we do and all we do.

Mission

To restore lives, families and futures.

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality medication-assisted treatment to persons addicted to opiates and, to do so in a supportive environment that respects the dignity, self-worth and value of the people we serve.

Vision

To be the "provider of choice" for every person who needs treatment services and, to be the "referral source of choice" for every emergency room, pain management clinic, family practitioner and dentist when they encounter patients who are addicted to opioids.

Who We Are - Our Team

We are a group of professional addiction treatment specialists with a singular focus — helping people in our community who are addicted to prescription medications, heroin, fentanyl, oxycodone, and other opioids.  Our providers, counselors and nursing staff are specially trained in addictive disorders, and each of them believe in the value of treatment and in the ability of people to change their behaviors and improve their lives.

Our approach leverages a medication-assisted treatment model in combination with confidential counseling, case management and a variety of other supportive services to help reverse the devastating impact of opioid addiction.

Each of our team members have extensive experience in the health care field and particularly in the field of addiction. Our clinical staff includes a medical director, mid-level providers (APRNs), and support staff.  Collectively we operate as a small, private treatment facility in our community and provide services in a discreet, office-based setting. We are not affiliated in any way with any other larger or corporate entity.

Testimonials

Patient

I had tried treatment several times before, but it never worked.  Then I learned about this place from a friend.  The staff is wonderful.  I appreciate the compassion and understanding they show me.  They treat me like a human being.  I have hope!
